Gift card terms of purchase
- The gift card can be used to purchase Hea Elu - Good Life OÜ services in the full amount or to cover part of the purchase.
- if the price of the selected service is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining amount can be used as an advance payment for the next service, the time of the next service using the advance payment must be booked at the last service. The unused amount will not be refunded.
- If the price of the received services is higher than the value of the gift card, the gift card owner must pay the difference on the spot.
- There are 3 ways to receive the gift card, which you can choose from the e-shop: we can send it to your e-mail as a pdf (30 min - 3 hours), you can pick it up yourself (we are open every day from 10.00 - 20.00 by calling ahead), by courier (1-2 days).
- The gift card is not refundable (except in the case prescribed by law, when buying from an e-shop, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the day of receiving the gift card) and it cannot be exchanged for money.
- The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and is indicated on the gift card. A gift card that has exceeded its validity period cannot be used and the gift card will be cancelled.
- The gift card can be purchased at the Hea Elu - Good Life OÜ massage studio in cash or int the http://heaelu.ee website using an online bank such as SEB, LHV, Swedbank, Nordea, Coop. Payment methods are offered by makecommerce by Maksekeskus and you can pay in euros.
- When purchasing a gift card from the e-shop, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the day of receiving the gift card (in the case of purchasing a gift card from the e-shop from the day when Hea Elu - Good Life OÜ sent the gift card to the desired e-mail address). You cannot withdraw from the transaction if the unique code on the gift card has already been used. To withdraw from the transaction, please contact 372 585 494 00. The money will be returned to your current account within 2 working days.
- Hea Elu - Good Life OÜ uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, telephone number, address, e-mail address, bank details) only to process the order.
- You do not need to physically have the Gift Card to receive the services, but you do need to know the Gift Card code.
- Hea Elu - Good Life OÜ is the responsible processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
- How to purchase a gift card?
